Product Availability
I produce a select number of garments in advance for in person shows. These ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 3–5 business days of your order. For made-to-order items in excess of the show products, the production process takes approximately 4 weeks before shipping.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped using your selected shipping method at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping option.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Handling and Packaging
We carefully package each garment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If an item is damaged during transit, contact us within 10 days of receipt with proof of damage, and we will assist you with a replacement.
Delays
While I aim to meet the stated timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as material shortages or shipping carrier delays may occur. If this happens, I will notify you promptly and work to resolve any issues.

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, I’m happy to help. Exchanges are accepted for items under the same conditions as returns:
Exchange Availability
Exchanges are based on the quantity of available stock. If the desired size or style is unavailable, I cannot guarantee an exchange, and your request will be processed as a return.
Exchange Process
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or soiled, please contact me at info@wrongthreadsewing.com before sending any return. I’ll provide further instructions on how to proceed and will gladly replace the item at no additional cost if it is deemed faulty.
